This policy explains how Auto Pro Alliance ("Auto Pros") handles your information across the United States.
What we collect
- Contact info: name, email, phone.
- Vehicle info: year, make, model, and the issue you describe.
- Photos and files you upload, and messages you send.
- Booking details, including a service address when a mechanic comes to you.
- Mechanic details: business info, certifications, and an optional license number.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Who sees what
- Your request, photos, messages and address: only the mechanic you contacted, you, and our admins.
- Approved mechanic profiles are public; license numbers are not.
- Service providers who run the app for us (hosting, Stripe) under contract.
- Authorities when the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on your state (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and others), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we don't do either). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Deleting your data
Email support@autoproalliance.com from your account email to request access or deletion. We may keep records we're legally required to keep (for example, payment records).
Security and retention
Data is protected with access rules so each person sees only their own records. We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and tax reasons.
